  The role 

  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Cloud TV platform backend team.

  In this role, you will play a major role of the development of our high-scale project using cutting-edge technologies on multiple services and take a crucial part in bringing TV streaming services to millions of homes worldwide.

  
  

  The day-to-day

  • Significant experience with one of the backend languages such as Go, .NET core, Java
  • Provide technical leadership for a team of developers working on a complex microservices-based SaaS TV platform.

  • Extensive expertise in server-side development using GO or .NET framework
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed solutions, demonstrating a strong proficiency in building robust and scalable systems
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in developing and delivering complex SaaS applications

  Job Description.

  We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who is bilingual in German and English. You will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. 

  You will be a key member of our Accounts and Revenue team, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success. The main responsibilities for this role are retaining, renewing, and growing a book of business of existing accounts across Europe by developing long-term relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and ensuring adoption of the products and solutions acquired.

   

  The day-to-day: 

  • Become a trusted adviser and foster strong relationships at both tactical and executive levels with customers. 
  • Assure customer’s success with Kaltura’s product and services. 
  • Help customers maximize the use of live and on demand video experiences via a deep understanding of customer’s needs, Kaltura’s products and the market. 
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. 
  • Communicate frequently with customers via business reviews, health calls and onsite visits (across Europe).

   

  Strategic growth

  • Proactively work with Account Executives to uncover opportunities to expand Kaltura’s footprint within existing customers across departments and use cases. 
  • Lead, negotiate and close organic sales into existing customer base.

  Renewals

  • Negotiate and close contract renewals retaining and growing revenue while assuring on time execution. 

   Retention

  • Leverage the relationship as well as close monitoring of adoption and customer’s satisfaction to identify any churn risks. 
  • Manage account escalations.
  • Define and execute a mitigation plan for customers in churn risk. 

  Liaise

  • advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally. 
  • Be the face of Kaltura to the customer and guide communication with different Kaltura departments - Product, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Support, etc. 

   

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in a customer success or account management role for a SaaS solution. 
  • Bilingual in German and English; high standard in written and spoken language expected.
  • Experience managing a book of business of over $500K ACV, managing 20+ accounts. 
  • Experienced in being responsible for customer retention and renewal and managing negotiations around this.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecast, and executing sales process, and demoing and presenting SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to travel to Europe, 10-15%, to meet customers. 

  
  

  These would also be nice:

  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus. 
  • BA/BSc preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency

  We are in the process of developing an innovative video platform as a service, hosted on AWS, that offers an end-to-end video experience to our customer base.

  The day-to-day 

  • Manage, Operate, Enhance and maintain a SaaS platform that process 100TB a day, 100,000 transaction/seconds and 250Gbps.
  • Introduce cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes, with emphasis on speeding up and automating manual processes.
  • Be a part of a Platform team that develop our product and infrastructure
  • Build self-serve tools to be consumed by the technical teams in the organization.
  • Embrace DevOps mythologies and contribute to the open-source community
  • Build the company's Data & AI infra, using technologies as Druid, Databricks, EMR etc. 

  
  

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/Google, OCI) production environment and cloud-native stack- a must

  Job Description.

  The role 

  The Event’s Platform (EP) and Enterprise Sales Director is a dynamic, hands-on sales role responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with Fortune 1000 companies in EMEA. 

  You will work with large enterprises as well as some medium sized businesses, across multiple industries, to meet their virtual events and Enterprise Video needs, supported by a team of Kaltura product managers and pre-sales engineers. 

  The Sales Director will be selling our market-leading event platform, our video portal, Live, RTC and Webinar products. The focus will be on exciting the decision makers and guiding stakeholders in making Kaltura event platform and Enterprise video suit investments. 

  You will create and maintain C-level client relationships with key stakeholders in the decision-making and closing process. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time. 

   

  The day-to-day:

  *please note that this is an individual contributor position

  • Strategically identify, target, and close new Kaltura enterprise customer accounts 
  • Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale with a 4–12 month sales cycle 
  • Introduce potential clients to the strength of our event platform delivery, clearly articulating Kaltura’s value proposition and the uniqueness of our video applications 
  • Attend tradeshows, actively engaging attendees and initiating conversations with prospects 
  • Quarterback a team of presales support (SEs, Product Management, demand generation specialists, Kaltura executives) and motivate/manage them to win the deal. 

  
  

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of event platform and enterprise software sales experience, selling SaaS solutions 
  • Proven EP / SaaS sales track record 
  • Experience proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions with C-level and other executive level decision-makers 
  • Fluent or native English speaker + any other European language (advantage)

  The role 

  The Finance department is a major pillar in Kaltura, supporting the company’s profitability and growth while providing the needed stability and clear view to our key stakeholders (BoD, Management and Budget owners).

  Our team drives Kaltura’s forecast, budget and expense controlling. We provide our partners with business insights while supporting their growth and changing needs. 

   The day-to-day:

  • Preparing annual company budget of the company financial statements (P&L, CF and BS)
  • Comprising monthly forecasts of the company financial statementsstrategic
  • Business partnership with company-wide managers
  • Analyzing Actual results vs. Forecast and Budget, in matrix view and by budget owners
  • Preparing multi-year strategic plans

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics

  The role

  The role

  As a Senior System Engineer in Kaltura's Product Division, you will lead the deployment of video infrastructure and applications to meet the business goals of some of Kaltura's largest and most sophisticated clients. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, tuning, and maintenance of large-scale video management and video delivery solutions that are hosted in our clients' private environments (including public cloud, private cloud, or data centers). You will often act as a trusted advisor to clients' business stakeholders and have a tangible impact on their business operations and overall success. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills.

  A successful senior engineer at Kaltura is a technologist who possesses deep technical expertise, creative problem-solving ability, and leadership skills. You must bring extensive experience with Linux system administration, modern DevOps tools and practices (e.g. Ansible, Terraform), cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, EKS), and a self-determined attitude.   The role 

  We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our Cloud TV platform architecture team. 

  In this role, you will play a major role in developing our high-scale project using cutting-edge technologies on multiple services and will play a crucial part in bringing TV streaming services to millions of homes worldwide. 

   

  The day-to-day 

  • Hands-on collaboration with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications. 
  • Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of desired products. 
  • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. 
  • Define all aspects of development, from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards. 
  • Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team. 
  • Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design. 
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers. 

   

  Ideally, we’re looking for: 

  • 10+ years experience with Golang, C#, Python 
  • 3+ years experience developing complex high scale system 
  • Knowledge of micro services architecture 
  • Proficient in Cloud Tech - AWS 
  • Proficient in Architecture Aspects: Scale, Caching, Partitioning. Observability and DevOps.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, Mongodb 
  • Convention oriented, Schema first oriented, Naming oriented

  • Experience with Node.JS or Python, Bash  
  • Good understanding of working with Kubernetes containers

  As a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in education, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Sales Representatives and Regional Account Executives to secure deals and provide technical expertise to our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading technical pre-sales activities, conducting discovery sessions, delivering compelling value proposition demonstrations, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the business and product/R&D teams.   Job Description.

  The role

  As a System Engineer in Kaltura's Product Division, you will deploy video infrastructure and applications to meet the business goals of some of Kaltura's largest and most sophisticated clients. You will be responsible for the deployment, tuning, and maintenance of large-scale video management and video delivery solutions that are hosted in our clients' private environments (including public cloud, private cloud, or data centers). This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills.

  A successful engineer at Kaltura is a technologist who possesses a balance of technical depth and creative problem-solving ability. You must bring a strong understanding of Linux system administration, Docker, Ansible, and a self-determined attitude. You will learn Kaltura's wide-ranging video platform and product suite, and master cutting-edge video use cases such as low-latency live streaming, 4K video delivery over the internet, and modern video player technologies (e.g. HLS, MPEG-DASH, etc.)

  This role is open to remote candidates in Germany, some business travel is required (less than 10% of the time).

  The day-to-day

  • Work directly with client's IT or engineering departments to scope and design deployments of Kaltura's video technology stack, and related web applications.
  • Deploy, manage, tune, and maintain customer video platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Orchestrate the deployment of video delivery and video caching infrastructure to tens or hundreds of client sites using Ansible or similar tools.
  • Develop monitoring plans, and integrate client deployments into Kaltura's monitoring solutions.
  • Work closely with other System Engineering team members to improve deployment tools and processes.
  • Assist Kaltura's Customer Care team in reviewing incoming support cases from flagship clients.

  Job Description.

  The role 

  In this role you will lead Kaltura’s solutions program leading end 2 end projects to our customers.  

  This includes overseeing our engineering, DevOps and QA’s planning, execution, and delivery of Kaltura products installation and upgrade projects at customers premises and working closely with our customers. 

  This role requires you to have a good infrastructure technical understanding, excellent communication skills – both customers facing and internally, seeing the big picture but also the small details and great problem-solving. 

  The day-to-day 

  • End-2-End responsibility for delivering Kaltura’s product installation and upgrades projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, resource management, risk management, communication, and customer support. 
  • Coordinate requirements, dependencies, tasks, and timelines across teams and with the customers, across multiple time zones 
  • Understand business goals and ensure communication and alignment regarding deliverables between stakeholders, resolving conflicts and mitigating risks. 
  • Working with our customer support teams to make sure support tasks are being triaged. 

   Ideally, we’re looking for: 

  • At least 5 years of customer facing program/project management or other relevant technical role experience in the software industry. 
  • Excellent social skills and a great ability to make both customers and your internal teams happy. 
  • High level of infrastructure technical understanding and software delivery knowledge.

  Job Description.

  The role:

  The position requires high motivation, lots of energy, hard worker, working closely with the Kaltura’s customers using out IPTV solution, which is part of our video software (SaaS) platform.

  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry and partner with top accounts.

  As part of our Customer Support team, you will provide technical support to our business customers (B2B), enterprise companies, and other top accounts. Your role is to be responsible for answering how-to questions and resolving or escalating technical issues. You will have the ability to escalate complex technical issues and fix requests to our Tier 4 Integration and R&D teams.

  Communication with customers consists of working on cases in our ticketing system and the occasional phone or video call to troubleshoot technical issues. You will have opportunities to collaborate with other teams including engineering, product, professional services, and account management.

  Our Customer Support team has support engineers located on 3 continents (USA, Europe, Asia). 

   Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Native/Native level Russian- a must
  • University degree in computer science, electronic engineering or telecommunications related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position including direct customer contacts.
  • Previous experience supporting software (SaaS)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • API 2 years experience
  • SQL 2 years experience
  • Backoffice software such as Jira & Salesforce

  These would also be nice:

  • Previous experience with Video streaming technologies (ABR, HSS, HLS, DASH, MPEG2-TS, CDNs)
  • Experience working with AWS Cloud solutions or equivalent
  • Scripting

  Job Description.

  The role 

  Kaltura is seeking a dynamic Global Learning & Organizational Development VP who will shape, build, and execute the L&OD strategy and plans to enhance the performance, leadership, and culture of the company.

  The role is reporting to the CHRO and involves close collaboration with key leaders to understand needs, gaps, and business strategy, along with the global HR team. 

  The day-to-day 

  • Lead the OD and Learning domain cross the organization.
  • Create new and innovative learning & development strategy, approach, processes, and tools to support business needs and HR strategy.
  • Lead the design and execution of organization-wide programs, including Leadership development, Development processes, OKR processes, and engagement surveys.
  • Lead end-to-end global learning & development projects.
  • Create personalized, tailor-made programs to address the specific needs of teams and managers.
  • Deliver and facilitate learning sessions on-site or virtually.

  
  

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global high-tech or similar fast-paced environment, leading the global OD & Learning domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree and master’s in psychology, organizational consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong program management and execution skills.
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and facilitators.
